Ranchi, Nov 23 (IANS): Suspected Maoist guerrillas killed two people on the outskirts of Ranchi on suspicion that they were police informers, police said Friday.
According to police, two people were shot dead at Hunsu village, 35 km from Ranchi, late Thursday night. Police suspect the People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) activists to have carried out the killings.
Maoist guerillas are active in 18 of the 24 districts of the state.
