Beltangady, Nov 2: Golden star Ganesh’s brother Mahesh, who was reported missing in March this year after he was supposed to marry a girl he had loved, has raked up another controversy by entering into wedlock with another girl at Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala here.
This is the first public appearance he has made ever since he went missing. Reports had been rife earlier that he had eloped with a girl called Soumya and had secretly married her.
However, now he has thrown up another surprise by marrying yet another girl, a Nepali.
Mahesh’s family had found a match for him at Adakamaaranahalli in Nelamangala, Bangalore and fixed his wedding at Yediyur Temple.
He was supposed to tie the knot with Vanaja, whom he loved for eight years, on March 2, 2012, but reportedly eloped with Soumya.
Mahesh who was unavailable for the past eight months arrived at Dharmasthala on Wednesday October 31 night. He entered wedlock with a Nepali girl Prema, a software engineer who is currently working in Bangalore.
Mahesh’s brother-in-law, Prema’s parents, brothers and about 100 other selected members were present. However, Ganesh did not participate in the wedding ceremony.
Mahesh was to act in 'Alemari' which was supposed to be directed by Mahesh Kumar. After the muhurat of the film, Mahesh walked out following a series of troubles. He has elder brother Ganesh and younger brother Umesh.
