Milan, Sep 24 (IANS): Italian football club AC Milan's vice president Adriano Galliani insists that Massimiliano Allegri's future is secure.
"We played better than Udinese," Galliani said following his side's 1-2 loss against Udinese Sunday, reports Xinhua.
"The team is showing signs of improvement and now we await the first home win on Wednesday against Cagliari. Allegri is not up for debate. We are going forward with this coach as he has the total faith of the president and me," said Galliani.
"Don't forget he has earned 162 points in two years and that is not to be sniffed at. The team worked hard today even with nine men and proved how much they care for the coach. So do we.
"For the past year luck seems to be against us, but it's early days and we are only in week four of the championship," he said.
