Washington, Sep 20 (IANS): Former Masters champion Fred Couples of the United States has been inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame.
His name was included in the elite list Wednesday.
With 15 victories on the PGA Tour including the 1992 Masters and two at The Players Championship, Couples, 52, was nicknamed "Boom-Boom" and competed five times each in the Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup.
He was ranked World No.1 for several months in 1992 and now plays on the Champions Tour.
