Panaji, Sept 6 (IBNS): An absconding school teacher, who is accused of molesting an underage student, was arrested on Thursday but was later admitted to the hospital as he complained of uneasiness.
Yogesh Khandeparkar, a local from Shiroda was arrested from a hide-out in the village.
Inspector Jivba Dalvi said the accused, on being discharged from the hospital, will be produced before the Court for police remand.
A 14-year-old student had accused him of molesting her twice in the school premises – during ‘danhi handi’ celebration and in the classroom, last month.
