Mumbai, Sep 3: Panja Nalyaguttu Guttinaru Mahabala Shetty passed away on Friday August 31, at his residence in Ashok Nagar, Marol, Andheri East.

He is the brother of Guttinaru Bhoja P Shetty.

Mahabala Shetty was the proprietor of Hotel Vaishali and a great philanthropist.  He has left behind his wife and two children.
