Congress may use Coalgate to Make Rahul PM: SP

New Delhi, Aug 28 (PTI): Samajwadi Party, which is supporting UPA from outside, today saw "internal Congress politics" behind the disruptions by the BJP in Parliament wondering whether it was for replacing Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with Rahul Gandhi.

"Some people from inside Congress want to remove Manmohan Singh and bring in the Yuvraaj. I have my doubts if this politics (demand of PMs resignation by BJP) is being played out from within Congress," senior SP leader Mohan Singh said.

Congress, however, outrightly rejected this statement with party general secretary Janardan Dwivedi saying, "There can be no bigger false imagination than this."

"The party has repeated this several times...before 2009 elections, said in our manifesto that our Prime Ministerial candidate is Manmohan Singh. After that also, we have said this several times that he will continue to remain the Prime Minister till 2014. He (Mohan Singh) should not bother about this," he said.

Regretting the repeated adjournment of Parliament, Singh alleged BJP was raking up the CAG report to prepare the grounds for the coming elections.

Meanwhile, SP General Secretary Ramgopal Yadav refused to offer any comments on the remarks made by party leader Mohan Singh.

    Yours is good comment. But politics is enough to divide mother and son. Remember Madhav Rao Scindia ?Father and son-Bangarappa etc. If then or later difference of opinion comes, Mother is goddess Yes, but what about motherland? Now today that mother is running country from behind why? Many questions and no answers. Thank you.

    We Indians worship our mother as Goddess, even after marriage he devotes his mother and places the first place to the mother in his life. Definitely a person who worships his mother will protect his motherland and the people too.

    Dear Joseph F. Gonsalves/ Ganesh Pinto from manglore just check RAHUL attendance in Lok Sabha then ask him to file nomination for PM seat even for a student in any college or school 'low-attendance' they cannot appear for FINAL EXAM.

    i think dancer party want to hide karnataka politics. they want bring people attention in 2014 election. but dear BJP now people are very smart. people know which party is good or india and which party is bad for india.
