Green Enterprise Summit to Discuss Green Practices for Industry


New Delhi, May 27: Samadhan Foundation & New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) are jointly organizing Green Enterprise Summit, 2012, June 23  at New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM),Tughlakabad Institutional Area, New Delhi-110062. The Green Enterprise Summit would provide a platform for all industry sectors and business houses to discuss, share knowledge, understand and learn more about applying & adopting sustainable business practices and thereby emerge as green enterprises. There will be an opportunity for companies to showcase their products & services as well.

In addition to that, GES 2012 would be an excellent platform and an opportunity to network and build alliances with experienced green entrepreneurs/ enterprises, think tank organizations, technology experts, NGOs, industry specialists, policy makers and researchers working in the field of green economy, finance, technology and other aspects of green enterprises, which has some relevance on green businesses and green entrepreneurship.

Green enterprises can substantially contribute in reducing pollution and environmental degradation. There is a need to make industries more aware about environmental responsibilities. Manufacturing enterprises, IT companies, infrastructure companies, chemical, pharmasecutial and oil & natural gas sectors are some of the sectors that would be participating apart from NGOs, academia, research institutions, policy makers and research scholars.
