Bangalore, May 23: Welcome to the Eliminator match between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings from the Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore. Chennai have indeed had the greatest of escapes. They were dependant on three results going their way and all of them went in their favor. Today, they have a chance to extract revenge on Mumbai.
Mumbai Indians have won the toss and elected to field
Harbhajan: We want to take every game like a final from here because every game is important so we can't relax. Obviously it is a big game for both the teams and I'm sure the last game would have raised our confidence in terms of batting. Our batting is strong so we would like to chase on this track. We go in unchanged.
Dhoni: Well we have been in worse scenarios, it isn't the first time that we are in a position like this and it isn't new to me, so we are up for the challenge. We would have liked to bat first as well because chasing on this track is easier but then again in a big game it is good to bat first as well. We are not too worried about the game because our qualifications depended on a lot of other results. Badrinath comes in for Anirudha amd Jakati comes in for Yo Mahesh.
Dinesh Karthik: To be honest I didn't know we were unbeaten on this track. The most important thing in this game is to keep our cool. Chennai has been the most consistent team in all seasons of the tournament but having said that, we have done very well in three of those seasons and we should do well today.
On a small note, the team that loses the eliminator is out of this tournament. The winner will play Delhi in the second qualifier to be played in Chennai on 25th May.
Mumbai, on the other hand, have been inconsistent throughout this tournament. However, they defeated Chennai both the times in the league stages and will want to continue their form even today. They are playing at the Chinnaswamy stadium, a venue where they have not lost a single IPL or CL T20 match. It is indeed their
