Chenna, Apr 21 : Hello and welcome to the game between Chennai and Rajasthan. Both teams have shown glimpses of brilliance in the tournament so far but it has been Rajasthan that has got people talking. Dravid's side has used its limited resources to perfection and has concentrated on some no nonsense cricket which has led to them dominate most teams. Dhoni's men on the other hand are coming off a thrilling win against Pune and will certainly want to keep their winnning momentum going. With both sides quite evenly matched this clash has all the makings of being an exciting contest.
Ashwin: It is very hot today and it has been that way for quite some time here. Even in the last game it was quite hot in the evening as well. We would have loved to win the toss and bat first and ask the other team to field. This format is always challenging but you have to love the kind of challenges it offers.
Rajasthan Royals have won the toss and elected to bat
Dhoni: We are doing the right things right. In the last game the last few overs were very good, the catching was very good and we have been executing our plans well. We were looking to bat as well but the wicket shouldn't change much so it shouldn't be much of an issue. Heat is a concern but we are more used to it compared to the visiting teams.
Dravid: When you get a few wins under your belt you want to keep your guys hungry and motivated. When you are up against the big boys you need to keep your cricket smart. I know that I am not going to have a lot of cricket after the IPL so I just try and focus on this and I know I don't have to think about a Test series after this. Yes Shane Warne and I stay in touch but he just asks me about how it's going with the team and wishes us luck. Might as well keep the guys rested for later on. It looks like a good wicket so we would like to bat on it and set a good total. Against a side like Chennai you probably need more than the par score. Kevon Cooper comes in for Johan Botha since he is fit now. Stuart Binny gets a game and Goswami too comes in for Dishant Yagnik.
Brad Hogg: I am enjoying playing the IPL. It is a fantastic competition. The youth talent in India is really good and they will be a formidable unit in the future. We are a good team and we have a lot of depth. Ajinkya Rahane, how good is he. I think he will be the next superstar of Indian cricket.
