Dubai, Feb 25: Welcome to the 2nd T20I between Pakistan and England from Dubai. Pakistan finally have registered a victory against the reigning T20 champions. Gul was the star yesterday with the ball and he will be expected to play a pivotal role today.
England have won the toss and elected to bat
Misbah: Aizaz Cheema replaces Junaid. He is a good bowler with the new ball and he can also reverse swing it. I was a bit surprised at the criticism levelled at us after the ODI series but we have to forget all that. We have got a lot of talent in the bowling department and they are the reason why we have done well. Shoaib Malik is a very experienced player and he played well.
Broad: We want to make first use of the pitch. The team is unchanged from the previous match. We have to adaptable in T20s and we have to keep our mind fresh. We did not get over the line in the previous line and we have to factor that in. Gul bowled very well and the batsmen have to be responsible.
Pitch Report: This is the same wicket that was used for the first time. Nick Kinght says there will be nothing different. It will be a slow, low turner.
England bowled very well in the first match. Dernbach and Broad were very impressive but once again their batting floundered. Barring Pietersen, everybody struggled to get going. They will be hoping that the batting clicks today.
