Dubai: Mirath Real Estates hosts grand annual day celebration

Dubai, Feb 28: Al Mirath Real Estates hosted Annual Day Celebration 2025 in a grand manner on February 22, at the Pullman Hotel, Downtown Dubai.

The event was graced by the chief guest Abdullah Ahmad Shizawi, chairman of Total Building Contracting. In his address, he commended Mirath’s remarkable contributions to Dubai’s real estate sector. He attributed the company’s success to strong leadership and teamwork and extended his best wishes for Mirath’s continued growth in the coming years.

The event also recognized the top-performers of 2024 namely Abdul Rahiman (Best Performer), Ahmad Kabir (Rising Star), Ashraf Ahammed (Employee of the Year) and Mohammed Rizwan (Outstanding Feedback Award).

Speaking on the occasion, Sadik Ali, chairman of Mirath Real Estates, emphasized that Dubai remains a prime market for real estate investment. He highlighted that in 2024, 51% of property buyers were Indian nationals, contributing to a record AED 760 billion in real estate transactions. He also expressed pride in Mirath’s commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

The event was attended by distinguished guests Mohammed Abdulrahim Mohammed A Alahmed, and Yasser Abdullah Abdulqader.

The annual report was presented by Abdullah Hamdan, while Ridhan Rasheed extended the welcome address and vote of thanks. The event was hosted by Rizwan.
