Bantwal, Jan 2: Union minister for renewable energy Prahlad Joshi visited the CNG unit near Oddur Farms owned by Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik Ulippadyguttu. During his visit, the minister observed the unit's operations and remarked that such initiatives contribute significantly to the vision of building a self-reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat).

The minister expressed appreciation for the unit and its efforts.

MLA Rajesh Naik and Unnath R Naik briefed the minister about the practical distribution of auto gas facilitated at the unit.

The event was attended by Dakshina Kannada MP Capt Brijesh Chowta, Mangaluru North MLA Y Bharat Shetty, former Mangaluru mayor Premananda Shetty, and other dignitaries, including Sanjay Prabhu, Devadas Shetty, Purushottam Shetty Vamadapadavu, Yatish Arwar, Sachin Adapa, Pavan Kumar, and Ravish Kamath.
