Panjim: Charles Correa Wins Gomant Vibhushan Award 2011

Panjim, Dec 19: Renowned architect, planner and activist Charles Correa was felicitated with the Gomant Vibhushan Award 2011 here at Kala Academy, Campal on Sunday December 18.

The highest Goan civilian award, with scroll of honour was presented by Governor K Sankaranarayanan.

Chief minister Digambar Kamat, who was also present at the occasion delivered message of the day.

Chief Secretary Sanjay Srivastav and secretary for art and culture T N Balakrishnan were also present among others.
