Mulki: 125 Year Jubilee Celebration Cross Received at Pakshikere Parish

Mulki, Nov 24: The Mangalore Diocese 125th year jubilee celebration cross reached Pakshikere parish here on Wednesday November 23.

Parish priest of Mulki Fr Norbert Lobo with his parishioners brought the cross in procession he handed it over to Fr Andrew D’Souza and Fr Sunil Pinto at the market place. Dolphi Miranda the vice president of the parish received the flag.

A day of adoration and retreat will be held in the parish on Friday November 25.

Fr Anil SVD, Fr Sunil Praveen Pinto and Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza will preach on 'The importance of the Cross in Christian life'. Music ministry will be done by Br William D'Souza.

Fr Andrew D’Souza and Fr Sunil Pinto conducted the adoration of the cross and finally parishioners paid respect to the cross. On

The cross installed in the parish will continue its journey to the Kateel Parish on Friday.

Parishioners gathered in large numbers to welcome the cross.
