Mangalore: District Unit of Sevadal Celebrates Gandhi Jayanthi

Mangalore, Oct 3: To pay respect to the Indian iconic freedom fighter Mahathma Gandhi on his birth anniversary, a programme was organized by Congress Sevadal of Dakshina Kannada district here at the district congress office on Sunday October 2.

The leaders garlanded the portrait of Mahathma Gandhi and paid respect to the father of the nation.

Suresh Ballal, member of KPPC, Ibrahim Kodijal, vice-president of DCC, Congress Sevadal district chief HM Ashraf, Kallige Tharanath Shetty, former corporator Vishwanath among other congress leaders were present on the occasion.
