Mumbai: Mayuravarma Samskritika Prathistana holds fourteenth annual conclave

Mumbai, March 11: The fourteenth annual conclave of Mayuravarma Samskritika Prathistana was inaugurated by Ramesh M Poojary, trustee of Shanishwara Mandira, Nerul at Shanishwara mandira auditorium on March 10.

Veteran thinker, intellect Dr Prabhu Angadi chaired the programme. Bantara Sanga regional committee Dombivli president Anand Shetty Ekkar, Balaji Mandir Nerul president Gopala Y Shetty, Jayalakshmi credit society Mumbai president Rangappa C Gowda, Mookambika Mandira Fansoli vice president K M Shetty, Chinnara Bimba Mumbai convener Geeta Herala, Shanishwara mandira Nerul trustee Krishna M Poojary and honorary secretary V K Suvarna were present as guests of honor.

The guests presented Chakradhari award from the prathistana for 2024 to senior dramatist, religious and social worker Sham N Shetty and Krishi Bandhu award to senior journalist, special achiever in agriculture, Ajith Ghorpade. Balakrishna Shetty Adyapady and Lata Santhosh Shetty spoke congratulating the award recipients.

Malati Putran sang a prayer. Anil Hegde welcomed. Prathistana vice president Rajesh P Gowda Sindhoora, secretary Vishwanath Dodmane, treasurer Rajavarma Jain, honored the guests. Prathibha Rao and Kripesh Kulal read the letter of felicitation. Suresh Shetty Kananjar and Saroja Amati introduced the guests and compered the programme. Vishwanath Dodmane gave an introduction and proposed a vote of thanks.
