Mangalore: Paldane Church Wins Inter-Church Drama Competition

Mangalore, Sep 20: The Konkani Natak Sabha (R) conducted inter-church drama competition for all the churches that come under the Diocese. Blessed Mother Teresa of Kolkata church, Paldane won the first prize, Vamanjoor church and Bondel church came second and third respectively.







 

 

Nearly 160 churches belong to the Mangalore Diocese. Angelore, Nithyadar Nagar, Cassia, and Mukka got the consolation prizes.

In Paldane church the members of the winning team are Cyril Fernandes, Prashanth Fernandes, Marceline Fernandes, Lizzy Fernandes, Patsy Monteiro, Benedicta Monteiro, Siyan Monteiro, William Lobo, Augustine Fernandes, Ronson Menezes, Austin Monteiro, Lancy Crasta, Anil Correa, Sandeep Fernandes, Priya Baretto, William Fernandes, Roshan Fernandes. Elias Fernandes headed the team.
