Mumbai, Jan 26: The 50th annual Mahapooje and Nemotsava were held at Baidarkala garadi, Borivili on Jan 26. Seva Samithi founder president Shekar Indu Salian inaugurated the annual event.

The rituals and poojas were held during the day by Raghu K Kotian. Vidwan Sukumar Bhat performed poojas, distributed theertha prasada to the devotees and blessed.

Prasad Mallya, Narsappa K Marnad, Umesh Suvarna, Pakkettu Garadi Sathish Poojary, Myanahyottu Garadi Sathish Poojary provided assistance. Booba Parava, Santhosh Parava and Vittala Parava performed Kola.

Billavara association Mumbai president Harish G Ameen, vice president Shanker D Shetty, Bharath bank president Suryakanth J Suvarna, director Bhasker M Salian, Dr P V Shetty, Prabhaker Shetty, Usha Gopal Shetty, Kamalaksha Shetty, Premnath P Kotian and others received Theertha prasada. The committee office bearers, devotees and donors honored seva dal president Nagesh M Kotian.
