Mumbai, Sep 8: The feast of Nativity was celebrated with religious fervour at St Joseph Church in Seethal, Mira Road East here on Thursday September 8.
 
Parish priest Fr Dominic Vas performed the Mass. The statue of Mother Mary was brought in a grand procession.

Speaking on the occasion Fr Dominic Vas said that Monthi Fest is a day to celebrate nature also seek blessings from Mother Mary. This day which gives a feeling of satisfaction also sheds new light on life, he added.
 
Fr Michael Moras, Fr Agnello Rebello, Fr Arwyn Tauro were present. Assistant priest Fr Ivan R D’Souza blessed the devotees. Br Nitesh Rodrigues, Br Daniel Christian, Br Kaushik Parmar, Br Sandeep Govious, Br Pavan Saldanha, Br Kennyo Cardoza and Br John Pinto took part in the religious rituals.
