Dubai: 7-a-side Cricket Tourney For Karnataka Teams

Dubai, Sep 6: A exciting limited overs 7-a-side cricket tournament  is scheduled to take place at the Zabeel Park cricket ground (Karama)  in Dubai on 28th October (Friday) from 7 a m onwards. The tournament is open to all associations, organizations and cricket teams  from Karnataka State   in the UAE.  Other teams consisting of  Karnataka based players are also welcome to take part.

The tournament will have limited teams accepted on a ‘first come first served’ basis.   All entries must be sent before 30th of Sept.  with the entry fee of Dhs.500.00 per team and the team list of 10 players.  Winners will receive a prize money of Dhs.1500 with a trophy and the runner up team will be given a prize money of  Dhs.1000 and a trophy.  There will be man of the match awards for the semi finals and finals.    The matches will be played with a taped ball.   All members of the team must be from Karnataka origin only.   Draw will take place on 5th Oct.  at Winny’s Restaurant in Karama.   The organizers reserve the right to accept or refuse any entries.  Terms and conditions will apply.  This is a great opportunity for all players from Karnataka to form a team and exhibit their cricket talent by taking part in the tournament.

    ohhhhhhhh expecting this from long time..but m going on annual leave from oct19th.....so exprcting some more tournements after 19th nov...all the best to all the team who is participating and organising..
