Mangaluru, Jun 27: The purpose of fresher's day is to welcome the new students in a friendly atmosphere and to encourage their creative impulses to boost their confidence.

With this objective in mind Freshers day was organised on June 27 in the college auditorium.

The programme began with a dance performance by the seniors. It was a striking display of talents by the freshers. multiple talents like, classical, bollywood, western dances, singing (both local languages, folk and bollywood) skit etc were performed keeping the audience completely enchanted.

Ashel Joylin Lobo and Mr Mohammed Fahiz won the title of Ms Fresher and Mr Fresher for the year 2023-2024.

The principal addressed the students. She congratulated the freshers for their amazing talents and appreciated their active participation.

The students who had secured 90% and above in the SSLC exam (2022-2023)were felicitated.

Varsha from I ESBA was honoured for winning gold medals at the state level swimming competition.
