Mangaluru: Guest lecture on 'Personality Development' held at Srinivas University's IPSSM

Mangaluru, May 19: Srinivas University's Institute Of Port Shipping and Supply Chain Management (IPSSM)–BBA- Logistics and Supply Chain Management & Port Shipping Management and Logistics organized a guest lecture programme on 'Personality Development' on May 13.

Velita Sibon Lobo research scholar, IMC, Srinivas University delivered a talk on the topic 'Knowing Self' for first year (Logistics and Supply Chain Management & Port Shipping Management and Logistics) students on May 13. She spoke about importance of understanding self and how to overcome fear for the successful career with suitable example and small stories which connected students throughout the session. This session was arranged under management association and student council by Prof Meghashree, course co-ordinator Port Shipping Management and Logistics with the support and guidance of Dr Sonia Noronha, dean-IPSSM and Prof Nelson Pereira, HOD-IPSSM.

The session was really helpful and students expressed positive opinion at the end of the session. The welcome speech was given by Raksha and vote of thanks rendered by Sinchana Sanjeev Naik from the first year Port Shipping Management and Logistics.
