Mangaluru, Apr 3: The Mangaluru south traffic police removed shrill horns from 130 vehicles in three days and registered cases against them.
The action was taken by the police team led by Inspector Ramesh Hanapaur at Talapady.
The operation was conducted following complaints by the public that shrill horns are being used in trucks.
The police started inspection of vehicles from March 31.
