Mangalore: BJP Launches Jana Sangharsha Abhiyana to Fight Corruption

Mangalore, Jun 25: The BJP launched Jana Sangharsha Abhiyana in the city in order to strengthen the party and to fight against corruption. The campaign was kicked off at Sangha Niketan here on Saturday June 25 at 4 pm.
MLA and general secretary of the state unit of the BJP, C T Ravi, addressing the gathering blamed the Congress for indulging in corruption cases including 2G spectrum and Adarsh housing society scam, and added that the BJP will support Anna Hazare in his fight against corruption.
He said that all through the last three years, Congress has been trying to ruin BJP's reputation by making false allegations, but has failed in its mission in spite of its tricks. He remarked that Sonia Gandhi has left for Europe now to safeguard the black money deposited by Congress leaders.
"The Lokpal Bill must be passed and corruption must be curbed. The party has launched Jana Sangharsha Abhiyana to fight corruption," he said.
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, deputy speaker Yogish Bhat, district BJP president Padmanabha Kottari, Prathap Sinha Nayak, mayor Praveen, zilla panchayat president K T Shailaja Bhat among others were present.
