Mumbai: Mayuravarma Samskratika Prathistana celebrates 13th anniversary

Mumbai, Mar 22: Mayuravarma Sakskrathika Prathistana celebrated their 13th anniversary at Shani Mandira auditorium, Nerul on March 19.

Kadandale Suresh S Bhandary, president of the Prathistana presided over the hall programme. Ramesh M Poojary, trustee of Shanishwara Mandira inaugurated the programme.

Bombay Bunts association former president Shama N Shetty, Kulala Sangha Mumbai president Raghu A Moolya, Yadhodha Mahendra Gowda, Billavara association Mumbai Ghatkopar local office president Ganesh D Poojary, Bantara Sangha Mumbai Navimumbai regional committee president Harish Shetty Padubidri, Billavara association Navi Mumbai local office president V K Poojary, Shaneshwara mandira trust member Anil K Hegde and entrepreneur Deepak Patil were present as guests of honour. They presented the annual ‘Chakradhari’ award to well known social worker and religious leader V K Suvarna and ‘Krishi Bandhu’ award to Krishnamurthi Joisa Elloor and congratulated them. Anil K Hegde and Deepak Patil commended the work of the prathistana.

Prathistana vice president Rajeh P Sindhoora welcomed. G T Acharya and Santhosh Bhatta Mudradi spoke congratulating the felicities. Uma Bhat and Akshit Bharath Gowda read the letters of felicitation. Balakrishna Adyapadi compered the programme. Prathistana honorary chief secretary Vishwanath Dodmane rendered a vote of thanks.

Former corporator Santhosh Shetty, Shivsena unit leader Sanjiva Poojary, B H Katty, Nalina Prasad, Jagadish Rai, Navin Shetty Innabalike and Narayana Rao were present. Children presented entertainment and various women groups performed dances. Abhinaya Mantapa Mumbai staged ‘Mani Bale’ Tulu historic play.
