Mangaluru, Feb 6: A destitute who was rescued seven months ago was reunited with his family by White Doves under the aegis of its founder Corrine Rasquinha on Monday, February 6.
Dhananjay, 35, hails from Rohtas in Bihar was found by White Doves near Nanthoor in the month of July 2022. Dhananjay was rescued and brought to White Doves where he was taken care of.
White Doves manager Jerald managed to trace Dhananjay's family in Bihar. On February 5, Dhananjay was reunited with his family after seven months. Dhananjay’s two brothers and brother-in-law reached Mangaluru to take him back home.
Dhananjay was third one among the five children born to his parents. Dhananjay is married to Pramila Devi and has two children.
It is said that Dhananjay's family faced issues and that he was not mentally stable after the division of their property which landed him in Mangaluru seven months ago.
This was 401st reunion effort by White Doves.
