Mumbai: MP Rahul Shewale takes part in Brahmakalashabhisheka of Subrahmanya math

Mumbai, Jan 26: MP of Mumbai south central constituency, Rahul Shewale took part on Thursday, January 26, on the fourth day of Brahmakalashabhisheka in progress at Subrahmanya math, Chembur Cheddanagar.

He prayed to the Serpent deity. The priests gave him Theertha Prasada and blessed him. The MP later visited the temple seer Vidyaprasannatheertha swamiji.

The seer draped shawls and blessed Rahul Shewale, NCP youth leader Kalathur Vishwanath Shetty, advocate Ravi S Kotian, entrepreneur Dr Shivarama K Bhandary, Anushree S Bhandary, Dr Vinod Chopra, Koota Mahajagathu Saligrama Mumbai subsidiary organization president P Nagesh Rao, secretary Ramesh M Rao, IITC organization director Vikranth Urwal, Sridhar Rao Jokatte, journalists Srinivas Jokatte, Subhash Shiria, Murali Bhat Dobivili, Parel Srinivas Bhat and other elite devotees.

Purandaradasa hymn famed musician Puttur Narasimha Nayak, recipient of Rajyotsava award presented a musical programme sponsored by International institute training centre director Prafulla S Urval and hotelier B R Shetty family.

Subrahmanya math Mumbai branch manager Vishnu Karanth welcomed the MP. Vidwan Herga Ravindra Bhat gave details of the programme. Sriprasad Bhat proposed a vote of thanks.
