All-India Snooker Open: Devendra Joshi makes winning start

Mumbai, Jan 3 (IANS): Seasoned pro, Devendra Joshi was in terrific potting form and outshone his opponent Joseph Menezes charging to a thumping 3-0 victory in a first-round match of the National Sports Club of India (NSCI)-organised Rs 13 lakh prize-money All India Snooker Open 2023, at the NSCI billiards hall on Monday.

The PSPB cueist Joshi struck the balls in an authoritative fashion and was in total control from the start as he constructed a break of 62 in the first frame.
