Mangaluru: Kashmiri Handicrafts Emporium at City Centre Mall – Grand celebration sale from Dec 8-12

Mangaluru, Dec 7: The Kashmiri Handicrafts Emporium, one of the renowned outlets dealing in handicrafts in the city, has completed 48 years of its existence and has gained fame across the coastal belt.

On the eve of its 48th anniversary, the outlet is set to hold a 5-day celebration sale from December 8 to 12 at its outlet in City Centre Mall.

The first store was opened in Mangaluru at Hotel Moti Mahal Falnir by Ali Mohammed Mir by the name of Kashmiri Handicraft Emporium in the year 1974. The outlet is known for selling handicrafts, Kashmiri shawls, and silver jewellery with semi-precious and precious stones from all over India.

Kashmiri Handicrafts Emporium has gained wide publicity through their products and service to its customers. It has extended its 2nd branch at Empire Mall which was opened by Pariz Ahmed Mir by the name The Cascade. Managing director Mohtisham SM Arshad provided them the opportunity to open the store to promote Indian arts and crafts. In the year 2010, the outlet was shifted to City Centre Mall.

City Centre Mall was opened in the year 2010, and in the same year, The Cascade was shifted from Empire Mall to City Centre Mall by the name Indian Arts and Crafts at the second floor next to Soch outlet. The outlet is known for selling Indian handicrafts, handloom, Kashmir shawls and Sterling silver jewellery.

The second store was opened in the year 2016 at City Centre Mall with the name The Cottage Crafts next to Homecentre Lifestyle. It is the second exclusive showroom of Indian crafts having the limited edition and master pieces handicrafts from all over India made of wood, brass and crystals, exclusive home décor, artificial plants and gifts.

Cashmere handlooms woolen shawls and silk pashmeen, scarfs, zari bed spreads, cushion covers, dining tables, matt set, silk bags, wall clocks, home decor, dry flowers carpets and many decorative and gift items are other attractive products available.

As Kashmiri Handicrafts Emporium has completed 48 years of existence, customers can now make the best use of five days of celebration sale from December 8-12 at both the outlets located in City Centre Mall.
