Mangaluru, Oct 28: Being one of the oldest real estate firms in Mangaluru, Land Trades Builders & Developers has enjoyed a long and steady ride to success. It was founded on this day three decades ago—October 28, 1992—by K Shrinath Hebbar, a young entrepreneur with a dream to make quality housing affordable to the people of this coastal city.

Today, as it celebrates its 30th year, Land Trades Builders & Developers have much to feel proud about. The ISO 9001:2015 certified firm has recently launched two new super-luxury apartment projects - Altura at Bendorewell and Shivabagh at Kadri. Both are 32-storey residential skyscrapers, promising an ultimate lifestyle on par with global trends. Its other ongoing projects are Nakshatra, a luxury residential building close to Mangala Swimming Pool at Mannagudda, and Adira, a residential and commercial project near Marigudi, Ashoknagar.

Land Trades began as a consultancy firm for buying and selling properties. Later, as the city began to expand outwards, the firm was quick to spot an opportunity in developing housing layouts. SHIVABAGH - A 32-story skyscraper project in Kadri-Shivabagh with 142 super-luxury 3BHK, 4BHK, 5BHK apartments and 6BHK duplexes with a spectacular view of the Arabian Sea.

ALTURA – A 32-storey skyscraper project situated at Bendorewell. It comprises 114 super-luxury 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK apartments offering a spectacular view of the Arabian Sea.

Solitaire (Ready to Occupy) - A 32-story skyscraper project in Hat Hill with 144 spacious luxury apartments and duplexes overlooking the Arabian Sea. Presently, only a few 2BHK apartments are available in this completed project.

NAKSHATRA – Premium flats situated in the peaceful locality of Mannagudda. It is slated for completion in about six months, and presently only a few 2BHK and 4BHK flats are available.

ADIRA – Located near Urva Marigudi Temple Road, it is a residential-commercial project with 3BHK apartments with all modern facilities.

HABITAT 154 (Ready to Occupy) - Situated at Derebail locality, it comprises 154 apartments on an affordable budget. Only eight 2BHK apartments are available in this completed project.

EMERALD BAY (Fully developed) – A well-developed beachside layout along the Arabian Sea at Surathkal, with independent plots for building luxurious villas along with leisure and recreation facilities
