Mumbai, Oct 19: Bhandary Seva Samithi that has been serving in Mumbai for the last seven decades, held elections for new office bearers for the term of 2022-24 at Saraswath auditorium, Mulund west on October 18. It was presided over by the samithi president, advocate R M Bhandary.
Prabhaker P Bhandary Thane was elected as president and Ramesh Bhandary Povai was elected as secretary.
Other office bearers elected were Shashidhar D Bhandary and Ramanand K Bhandary as vice presidents, Sheena Bhandary Vadala, as treasurer, Ranjith S Bhandary and Rakesh S Bhandary as joint secretaries, advocate R M Bhandary as legal advisor, Shalini R Bhandary Povai as ladies wing president, Jayasudha T Bhandary as vice president and Lata Yogesh Thane as ladies wing secretary.
Management committee members elected were advocate Shekar S Bhandary, Karunaker S Bhandary Kandivli, Sunil Bhandary Bhandup, Ramesh Bhandary Mira Road, Jayasheela U Bhandary, Rukmaya Bhandary, Keshava T Bhandary, Pallavi Ranjith Bhandup, Prema Bhandary Mira Road, Usha Bhasker Vikhroli, Karunaker Bhandary Kalyan, Rajesh S Bhandary Vasai, Prakash Bhandary Dombivli, Rekha A Bhandary Dombivili, Shobha Panchal Goregaon, Karthik Bhandary Dombivli, Prashanth Karkala Pune, Kshama Ramanna Bhandary and Shobha Suresh Bhandary.
Outgoing president, advocate R M Bhandary congratulated the new president Prabhaker P Bhandary and office bearers and handed over the charge.
