We hereby thank Sr Nirmala, Sr Prema, the Sisters at the Mother House and in all other locations for bestowing their motherly affection and love to Sr. Violet and arranging a beautiful and well organized final adieu.

We thank all the priests who offered Mass for her soul. 

All relatives, friends, well-wishers for their condolence messages and floral tributes, from all over the world, specially through Daijiworld. Our special gratitude to Daijiworld management.

Sr Violet will pray for us all with Lord Almighty and Mother Mary always.

Born and grown in the Fernandes family
Upon the Lord’s call joined the Missionaries of Charity,
Bid farewell to life's comforts and luxuries,
Became his servant to the poor, the orphans and the lonely.

You considered the place you went as your home
Poor, lonely, orphans as your as your brothers and sisters
Gave them solace and comfort in their hopelessness
Become the hope of childless couples.

Now you are gone from this world and from our midst
In answer to the call from the almighty Lord
We miss your ever smiling face and loving words
But you will remain always in our hearts and minds till we meet again in heaven
We sinners pray to you Lord Almighty and Mama Mary
Consider your servant Violet's sacrifice and service here on earth
To grace her with heavenly comfort with your angels and saints
