Memories of those we love live forever in our hearts
You would come around without a sound
And, you left without saying a word.
It took us a while to understand
How suddenly you left the world?
How? When? Why?
We wanted to ask
Overcome with sorrow and tears
But, yet we had to be strong Papa
Because that is how you have moulded us.
News was shared. Flights were taken
To bid the final farewell,
Cherishing every moment we shared.
Papa, words cannot express
How much you will be missed
Your temper, your discipline and your unusual ways to forgive

No matter what, no matter where,
We know you will always be there.
We just want you to know, wherever you are
That you will be in our hearts
To be loved and missed for the rest of the time
We will be apart.
