Wilfy Rebimbus

Passed away on March 9, 2010

A long association with a dedicated legend of music
has suddenly come to an end  bringing a tragic loss to
the Konkani community. I had been associated with
Wilfy  for over 30 years since I joined the Kanarite
Youth Association. As an individual he was so kind,
considerate and helpful and as an artist of music
he was a song writer, a singer and a performer at
heart. I was fortunate to be associated with
him during my tenure as President.  He have always
helped me by staging shows in order to support
our organization.

We have lost a precious jewel, seldom born.
His absence will be felt for years to come. May his
soul rest in peace and may God help the family
recover from this irreparable loss.
Our deepest condolences to the members of
the bereaved family.
We will always miss you Wilfy!
