In life we loved you so dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to loose you, you did not go alone,
for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories your love is still our guide,
and though we cannot see you, you're always at our side.
We light a candle today that your light will always shine upon us,
As we enter this Lenten season and share this day of remembrance,
with our family and friends. We cherish the special place in our hearts
that will always be reserved for you.
We thank you for the gift your living brought to each of us.
