Without a clue, without a hint of what was yet to be
You left us forever dear Pat and today we fondly remember you on your 5th death anniversary
With your parting we have come to terms that death is not a game that will soon be over.
But it’s the absence of presence, the endless time of never coming back forever
Loneliness surrounds us, it takes our breath away
This is the pattern of our life since that awful and dreadful day
Sitting in our home each day and gazing at your picture
we wonder why you could not be a part of our future.
We know that you are up there watching and praying over us
We miss you more and more everyday and all we can do now is to pray
That your cherished memories in our hearts will forever stay.
