Years could not wipe our tears
Time could not heal the wound
Months rolled years passed
Yet the flame is still on
How could we accept Jojo you are gone
With sorrow filled heart, tears filled eyes
we celebrate your birthday today
No birthday cake but burning candles on piece of Marble
Mingling their tears with ours, fighting the wind, trying to remain alive
Like all of us do without you dear Jojo, struggling to survive each day.
Though we can not see you darling Jojo, we feel your presence
in the breeze, your smile in the blooming rose
We gaze at the sky and try to find you there among the stars
and get consoled saying you are there on Mother Mary's lap,
walking with Jesus, playing with Angels
Yet, being human, the pain doesn't subside
As a birthday present Jojo, we pray to Heavenly father
to look after you with love and mercy
May He bless you darling with care and comfort
In faith we trust dear Jojo, one day we will celebrate your
birthday with Angels, singing happy songs
And blessed by our dear brother Jesus
When all of us gather in His kingdom where there
will be no tears but only joy and laughter
Happy birthday our darling Jojo
