Leonard Joseph Rego (Lenny) (89), Mumbai, husband of the late Polly (nee Andrade), father of the late Jairaj, Laila / Ronald Fernandes, Fr Anil Rego, Ajit / Aarthi Rego, Shaila / Vincent Miranda, grandfather of Nicolette / Karan, Rommel, Dielle, Aneesh, Nathan, Nolan, great grandfather of Rajveer, brother of the late Jessy, the late Veda, Lindsay / the late Patsy, Sr Vincenza AC, the late Josephine (Jeoffie) / Julea Andrade, Juliet / Richard Vas, Jane / Fred D’Souza and Llewlyn / Harriet, passed away on Friday May 27, 2016.

He was the ‘President’s Medal’ Awardee for Meritorious Service to the Govt. of India. (Ex. Central Intelligence Bureau).

Funeral on Monday, May 30 in St Theresa's Church, Bandra, Mumbai. Viewing & last respects will be from 3:30 pm onwards. Holy Mass at 4:30 pm followed by burial at St Andrew's cemetery, Bandra.
