John Lobo (Kadle) (69), renowned Konkani writer, husband of Celine Lobo, father of the late Roshan Maxim, Jyothi Nancy / Prakash D’Costa, Shanthi Flavy / Roshan Mendonca, Cynthi Sylvy / Stephen Pinto, Rueben Patrick / Joshil D’Souza, grandfather of Pearl, Prem, Freya, Diya, Tanya and Renzil, passed away on September 6, 2015 due to ill health.

Funeral cortege leaves residence "Santan Mary Villa" , Commander George Martis road, Mallikatta at 3:00 pm on Monday, September 7 for St Sebastian Church, Bendoor, Mangalore. Mass at 3:30 pm.

John Lobo was our family friend and served Indian Army along with my Dad. They were posted together for couple of years during Seventies. We have lost a good friend, a jovial & fun loving person. May his soul rest in peace. Our heartfelt condolences to his family.
