Fr Michael Marian Joseph Gonsalves a priest of the Diocese of Mysuru
Born on 11th February 1954. Ordained a priest on 23rd April 1982.
Son of Philomena Frank and the late Jacob Gonsalves of St. Anne’s Church, Virajpet.

The corpus of the deceased is kept for the respect by the public at Prashantha Nilaya (Opposite to Vidyaniketan SVD Seminary), Bannimantap, Mysuru. The body will be brought to Virgin of the Poor Church, Bannimantap at 8:00 am on Sunday, 15th February 2015 and there will be a Holy Mass for the repose of the soul of the deceased at 8:15 am.
Thereafter, the body will be kept in the same Church for the respect by the public up to 8:30 am on Monday, 16th February. There will be concelebrated funeral mass at St. Joseph’s Cathedral (St. Philomena’s Church), Mysuru at 10:30 am presided by Most Rev. Dr. Thomas Antony Vazhapilly, Bishop of Mysuru.
The deceased priest will be laid to rest around 12:00 noon at the catholic cemetery, Mahadevapura Road, Gandhinagar, Mysuru.
