Annie Margaret Pereira nee Lewis (62), on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY, USA. She is survived by her husband, Moses Pereira and her children Max, Marita (& son-in-law Keith), Muller and Malesa. She is also sister of Lena Saldanha, the late Victoria Silveira, the late Moses Lewis, the late Gracy Lewis, Albert Lewis, Thomas Lewis, Henry Lewis, Flavia Almeida, Regina Picardo, Wilfred Lewis and the late Gerard Lewis. Annie was born on October 25, 1952, was the fourth daughter and eighth child of the late Ignatius and Mary Lewis. Annie married Moses Pereira (Udyavara, Karnataka) in 1977. She immigrated to the US in May of 1989 and remained a resident till her death.
Annie lived a life filled with her love of God and family. A sister and mother with a kind and patient heart, she was loved and will be missed.

The Wake will take place on January 23rd from 4-8 pm at Greaves Funeral Memorial Services, 116-08 Merrick Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434, Phone: (718) 712-1900.
The Funeral Mass will take place at 9:00 am on Saturday, January 24th, 2015 at the St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, 108-43 Sutphin Boulevard, Jamaica, NY 11435.
Funeral Procession and Burial will be held at St. Michael’s Cemetery, 72-02 Astoria Boulevard, East Elmhurst, NY 11370.
Following the Burial, luncheon will be served at 3345 94th Street, Between 34th Ave and Northern Boulevard, Jackson Heights, NY 11372
