Sr Maria Anjali AC (60), belonging to the congregation of the Apostolic Carmel, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Lourdes Convent, Jayanagar, Bangalore.

She is the daughter of the late Maurice Moras, and the late Carmine Sequeira, sister of Lucy / Gregory, the late Charles, Fr Alphonse Moras OFM, Hilary / Hilda, Fr Henry Moras OCD, Lily / Alex, Leena / Alex and Gerald / Laveena.

The funeral ceremony with the Holy Eucharist will be held at Lourdes Convent, Jayanagar, Bangalore, at 3 pm on Tuesday, March 12.

Very sad to know the untimely death of Sr. Anjali AC who enquired about me only a few days back with Sr. Annie D'Souza AC. May she enjoy the redemption won by our Saviour Jesus through his death and resurrection, the commemoration of which we are preparing for these days. Hearty condolences to Fr. Henry Moras ocd, his brother Franciscan priest and the entire family as well as the entire AC family.
