Gemma Josephine Aranha, wife of Michael Charles Meharchand, sister of Diana / Gerry, Ena / Ed, the late Odin / Gemma, Wilma, Nestor / Shaila & Shamina / Alston, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on Sunday February 19, 2012 after fighting valiantly for several days to recover from surgery for her heart condition.

A visitation will be held at the Jerrett Funeral Home at 6191 Yonge St on Tuesday February 21 from 5pm-9pm. The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday February 22 at 1pm, at St Edward the Confessor Church, with the burial to follow at York Cemetery.
