Rev Bro Rosario Fernandes SFX, a member of the Society of Pilar, Goa passed away on October 13, 2011.
He has worked for a number of years in Kota (Coondapur) parish and was well known for playing violin and teaching hymns for various religious occasions like feast and celebrations in the diocese of Mangalore from Byndoor to Kuppepadavu including coastal parishes. He used to play for the Diocesan Choirs when he was in Kota St Joseph's Parish along with renouned Mangalore Diocesan musicians.
Funeral will be held on Friday, October 14 at 4:00 pm at Pilar, Monastery Church, Goa.
