Dear Leena, Kevin, Karen and members of the Pais family, I have no words to express my grief and sorrow on the sad and untimely demise of my childhood friend Francis. We grew up together, went to school and college together and shared many memorable moments together, the last being the BBQ at a park in Abu Dhabi just before he retired and went back to Mangalore for good. Circumstances did not allow us to thereafter, yet we kept in touch through the social media. A most humble, simple and down to earth person he was, another like him I am yet to come across!
